We collect your name, email, phone number, and identity documents required for compliance. We also collect transaction data and device/usage information to improve our services.
To process your transfers, verify your identity, comply with anti-money-laundering laws, and improve our product. We never sell your data to third parties.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@instaremit.ug. We will respond within 30 days.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
